Erica Marcus, CEMS Mindfulness Director and author of Attention Hijacked: Using Mindfulness to Reclaim Your Brain from Tech, is offering a one-hour workshop on shifting your family's relationship with technology. In this hour, you will be given the opportunity to reflect on your families' tech habits and brainstorm a plan to start helping moving towards more intentional use. We will cover some specific skills and strategies to help change from habitual and reactive to intentional and responsive use. This workshop is appropriate for families with K-12 children, and the whole family is welcome to attend!
